Catherine L. Tenger is a consultant of style and etiquette and provides training and guidelines in the requirements for successful business and social presentation. She gives seminars and holds interactive presentations on business etiquette and contemporary social behavior including signals and their effects, smalltalk, eating and table manners, as well as business attire and social dress codes.

She was born in New York in 1967, the daughter of a Swiss Diplomat, and lived in the United States, Pakistan, Germany and Switzerland. Her professional career began in Tourism after successfully completing hotel management school. She became Area Sales Manager of Hilton International and later Manager Marketing Services at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines for the Swiss and Austrian markets. In addition, she instructed 80 employees of the Swiss/Austrian subsidiary of KLM in Customer Service. Today she advises renowned companies in Switzerland and Germany as well as individual clients who seek to present themselves on the business floor with confidence and professionalism. Catherine L. Tenger is a board member of the Network of Etiquette Trainers International ETI (www.etikette-trainer.com) an association of trainers for etiquette from Germany, England, Norway, Austria, Holland, Switzerland and Asia. Further, she is the co-author of the book "Imagefactor" which was published in 2009.
